Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Genius Bali website at geniusbali.ai (the "Service") operated by Genius Group Ltd ("Genius Group", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Genius Group Ltd (registered in Singapore, company number 201734853K, listed on NYSE American: GNS). Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updates to these Terms.

Genius Bali is a platform providing access to educational programmes, co-living and resort experiences, community membership, events, and related services operated by Genius Group Ltd and its affiliates. The Service includes the website, mobile applications, and any related platforms.

4. Membership Plans

Genius Bali offers free and paid membership tiers. Paid memberships are billed on a subscription basis. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as set out in our Refund Policy. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Genius Group Ltd and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Genius Group Ltd.

Content you submit to the Service remains your property. By submitting content you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Service.

Bookings for events, accommodation, and programmes are subject to availability and separate booking terms provided at the time of purchase. Cancellation and refund policies vary by service type and will be communicated clearly before payment.

Programme content, schedules, instructors, and pricing are subject to change. Genius Group makes no guarantee of specific outcomes from participation in any educational programme. Certificates and credentials issued are the intellectual property of Genius Group Ltd.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Genius Group does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genius Group Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Genius Group Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

For Indonesian consumers, applicable Indonesian consumer protection laws (including Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection) apply to the extent required.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
